| Captain Robert Palmer ATP-SEL/MEL, Commercial Pilot-Helicopter, CFI-A, II, MEI, Rotorcraft, Commercial Drone Operator Vice President/Chief Pilot Professional Aviation Resources was founded by Robert along with his wife Rachel as a family run business. Robert is a retired Airline Captain, Line Check Airman, FAA Part 142 TCLE, APD and is also our Chief Pilot and Flight Instructor. He is responsible for the operations of Professional Aviation Resources and our training programs as well as supervising our Flight Instructors. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating, Type ratings in the CRJ-200, 700, and 900, a Certified Flight Instructor Rating with Airplane Single and Multi Engine Land and Instrument Instructor ratings with over 30,000 hours of total flight time. Robert has over thirty years flying experience in multiple organizations from part 61 flight training providers, 141 flight schools, college and private aviation academies and the airlines, Robert provides a wealth of experience and knowledge to our operations. Robert has extensive experience with Technically Advanced, High Performance and Turbine Aircraft to include Cirrus, Bombardier, Embraer, and many others. He is one of the highest total flight time Cirrus Instructor Pilots in the United States. | ||
| Rachel Palmer AGI President Professional Aviation Resources was designed, developed and founded in 2008 by Rachel Palmer along with her husband Robert Palmer as a family owned and operated business. Rachel has an Advanced Ground Instructor rating and is your first line of contact at Professional Aviation Resources. Rachel acts as a liaison for clients and flight instructors, and ensures the lines of communication always remain open. She is also in charge of website development, client aircraft and flight instructor scheduling coordination, flight operations, aircraft maintenance tracking, accounting and billing. Rachel is dedicated to maintain quality customer service and prior to her ownership position at Professional Aviation Resources; she worked numerous years in senior management positions. | ||
